Randy & staff,
Our chalice set arrived today. All we can say is that it is MORE than we expected. This is
truly AWESOME. It arrived in time for my husbands GOOD FRIDAY music concert, and we are
having communion afterward. Just PERFECT.because we were wanting to have the OLD fashion
style communion. I can not begin to tell you and your other customers how wonderful this
is.
GOD Bless to you and your staff

Hi Randy,
Got it last week! Thanks SO much! It's beautiful!
I cannot wait to get it wrapped up and give to Pastor Jim.
He really thinks the communion set is beautiful, as well.
I think he was awed by it.
Blessings on your work & ministry, Randy.

My chalice and patten just arrived. I am well pleased with your
product and service. The chalice and patten are lovely. They will add
much to our communion service and the worship of God in our church.
The pictures on your web site do not give the true greatest of your
work. The beauty of your work can only be appreciated in holding and
beholding your handy work in reality. You will hear from me again. I
plan to order more items from your fine company in the near future.
Continue the good work.
God Bless you always,

Hi Randy,
I am so happily surprised at the beauty of the chalice sets. When I saw them online they
were by far the prettiest ones I had seen. BUT when they arrived, I was amazed that they
were so big and beautiful. The picture just does not do justice to the beauty of the
workmanship or how large they actually are. I am not even finished opening all the boxes;
I had to tell you how very pleased I am with the entire purchase experience. The sets are
gifts for my family and I am praying they will appreciate the works of art they are
receiving. The packing was excellent also. Thank you for exercising your gift and talent.
Christ is truly glorified in this work of your hands. Blessings in the name of our Lord
and Savior (Yeshua Messiah),

Subject: Thanksgiving Eve Communion at Calvary
Dear Randy,
Before I begin this story, I want you to know it has a very happy ending!
As you know, I was pretty frantic Monday night as I talked to UPS about getting the
package here by Tuesday--to no avail. The best I could do, I was told, was to show up at
the UPS hub here in Newbury Park on Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM and they would take the
box off the delivery truck for me. I waited for an hour and a half that morning as they
searched for the package--to no avail. I was told that because it was a heavier box, it
had probably been put on a truck, was buried beneath other boxes and they couldn't get to
it. I would have to go home and wait.
You know how much I wanted to have the perfect vessels for our communion service that
night, but I also knew that I needed to have a Plan B just in case. I went to Cost Plus
World Market on Wednesday and bought 10 pretty bowls that I knew would be fine if we
needed to use them. I waited all afternoon for UPS, but finally had to leave for the
church at 4:30 to set up the tables and prepare the baskets of bread that would serve over
850 people. We had just finished putting the baskets out on the tables in the Celebration
Room when my cell phone rang. It was ten minutes to 6:00 and my husband told me the
package had just arrived, and he was on his way to the church! It took us awhile to unpack
all ten boxes and extract those beautiful cups and patens from the packing popcorn and
bubblewrap, but we managed to get them all filled and out on the tables just in time. I
wish I had had a camera so you could see how lovely each table was--deep purple
tablecloth, a large hurricane lanturn with a white candle lit inside in the center and, on
either side of the lantern, a basket of bread covered with a purple napkin and an
exquisite hand-made chalice filled with juice.
Randy, our worship service that night was one of joyful praise and thanksgiving. Our
pastor spoke of the very first Thanksgiving--not the one with Pilgrims and Indians, but
the one in the Upper Room when Jesus took the bread, broke it and gave thanks and then
took the cup and, again, gave thanks. Over 850 people walked past our elders and their
wives as they held the bread and the cup and received communion and gave thanks.
Thank you, Randy, for what you have done for Calvary Community Church and for me. The cups
you made for my church are a beautiful reminder that God gives us gifts to use for the
building up of His Church. God gave you an amazing artistic gift that you use for His
glory. Thank you for sharing that gift with us. May you be abundantly blessed.
In His Love,
Marsha H.

Dear Randy:
Just want to let you know the custom altarware set arrived yesterday in absolutely perfect
condition. Wow! What a packing job you did! Took us over an hour just to open all the
cartons and fight our way through the packing materials. :-) Oh, but what glorious sights
were we to behold once we were through the packaging! Your work is obviously a product of
loving and gifted hands, and every piece is beyond anything we could either expect or
imagine before seeing it with our own eyes. In fact, it is a shame that the photo now
displayed on the front page of your website truly doesn't do justice to these pieces. The
colors are really something special, truly representative of God's handiwork in earth and
sky: beautiful hues of blue and purple with a hint of brown superimposed over a lovely
sandstone colored clay.
We find equally remarkable the Christian imagery laid in relief on the individual pieces
after you formed them on your pottery wheel: a sheaf of wheat on each the patens, a
cluster of grapes and a cross to set apart the wine and water cruets, and the linear
sections of the "crown of thorns" laid so artistically on the other pieces.
In short, Randy, we couldn't be happier with the result of this specially-commissioned
work, and we can promise that it will be used with great care and love as the community at
St. Augustine-in-the-Fields Mission continues its journey together in faith. Feel free to
invite others to contact us if references concerning the quality and beauty of your work
are needed.
May God continue to bless you as you have blessed us and so many others with your artistic
gifts.
Your friends in Christ,
Pam & Charles
